Playco SMS Terms

By requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages (“Opt In”) or using a Playco service in which Playco sends one or more text messages (“Text Message Service”), you accept these SMS Terms (“SMS Terms”), consent to the handling of your personal information as described in the Playco Privacy Policy, and agree to resolve disputes with Playco as described in our Terms of Service. Playco does not charge for the Text Messages Service, but message and data rates may apply. Content may not be available on all carriers.

Playco will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver text messages to the mobile number you provide through automated or non-automated technology. We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your Opt In. After that, the specific number of text messages may vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take additional steps to generate additional text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request). Playco and the mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By Opting In to a Text Message Service: You expressly authorize Playco to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your Opt In. You do not have to Opt In or agree to Opt In to receive marketing text messages as a condition of purchase. You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your Opt In. You confirm that you are the current subscriber to the Opted In mobile phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt In. If you change or deactivate the mobile phone number you enrolled in the Text Message Service, you agree you will promptly notify us at playersupport@play.co to have your number removed and/or updated.

To withdraw that consent, reply STOP, or contact us via the methods described in the Contact Us section of the Terms of Service. If you withdraw your consent, certain features of our service may not be available to you.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the Text Message Service shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications.
